Hearten House is a multi-modal hub for healingTM in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.
Because there is no single way to heal, we “make space for well-beingTM” by helping our community to access several different types of healing in a warm, inviting space.
This both increases access to mental health care and whole-person wellbeing for patrons while supporting small business owners by providing flexible, affordable office space.
Who’s in the Hearten House practitioner community
Hearten House is home to seven mental health therapy practices in a wide range of specialties including addictions and trauma, general psychotherapy, adolescents, eating disorders, and psychoanalysis.
And we’re creating community around more than just mental health. Because we believe that healing is multifaceted and believe in a whole person approach, our housemates also include multiple registered dieticians, pelvic floor physical therapists, life coaches, massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, and more.
About the space
Hearten House has space to do big things. Nearly half of our nearly 5000-square-foot loft is a gathering space where people can hang out and wait for appointments, or take some time to relax and center after sessions. There are art supplies, books, and snacks, and even a cozy corner with a sofa, a soft rug, and lots of plush friends. It’s not uncommon to see practitioners connecting and collaborating over coffee, or patrons doing homework at the kitchen table while waiting on their companions who are in sessions.
A hub for learning
Part of building a community around wellbeing is sharing knowledge and having space to gather and learn. The gathering space at Hearten House allows us to be able to host trainings, workshops, and conferences for up to 100 attendees.
