A Santa Fe immersive for
behavioral health professionals

so you can burn bright, not BURN out.

April 30–May 4, 2026 | Santa Fe, New Mexico

YOU ARE THE LANTERN

You’ve built a life around being steady for others.

You know how to hold complexity. How to regulate rooms. How to carry responsibility without collapsing under it.

And somewhere along the way, you may have noticed something quiet but real:

The life you built still works.
But it doesn’t feel like it belongs to you in the same way.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself.

You need space to come back to yourself.

Here’s your chance to do just that.

The Experience

Five days immersed in Santa Fe, with your professional roles tucked to the side while you put yourself — not your job — at the center of your attention.

When the day is finished, a private room (with the option to share with a friend) waits to hold you in rest and reflection.

Connection is intentional here. So is privacy. There is room to gather deeply with others who understand the weight you carry, and room to close the door and let your nervous system settle.

Mornings at your own pace, with coffee and breakfast ready when you are.

Between structured time together, there is space to walk, wander, and breathe. To move your body. To sit in the sun. To step into galleries, old streets, and the kind of beauty you can hold in your hands.

And inside it all, immersive group work designed to be felt — not analyzed.

You are not here to produce or perform.

You are here to remember yourself.

This Experience Is for You If…

  • You’ve been steady for everyone else and you can feel yourself starting to wobble.

  • You want deep conversations with people who know what it’s like to be where you are.

  • You want space to do your own work without having to explain the complexities.

  • You’re ready for a pause from professional performance and digital noise.

  • You want to sit in a room where no one needs you to be the expert.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

When you step out of constant responsibility, the ground beneath you becomes more solid.

Not because your work disappears.

But because you remember who you are beneath the roles and titles.

You notice what feels good and right in your body — and in your soul.

You feel your breath again — not the shallow version, but the kind that expands your ribs.

You reconnect with creativity, intuition, and aliveness — not just competence.

You leave with:

  • Clearer boundaries that feel natural, not forced

  • Permission to honor your need for rest without guilt

  • A steadier relationship with your own nervous system

  • Renewed trust in your intuition and clinical presence

  • The experience of being seen by peers who understand the weight you carry

  • A deeper connection to your why, and new ways to protect it

The Lantern

You know how to steady the light.

How to shield it from wind.

How to lift it so others can see.

But somewhere along the way, the question shifted.

You started asking “Who needs me?”

and lost track of “What is guiding me?”

This is a place to pause.

To reconnect with yourself, because stopping doesn’t feel like an option.

And to remember why you chose to do the work you do.

WHY SANTA FE

It’s a different kind of light here.

Air that feels thinner in your lungs. Boots on old brick. The smell of wood smoke when the temperature drops at night.

You’ll gather at Piñon Court — a lovingly restored historic motor court, designed from the beginning as a place for travelers to arrive and be held.

You can spend evenings walking some of the oldest streets in the United States. You can encounter artists and artisans whose work is shaped by this land.

Place matters.

The nervous system responds to place.

Santa Fe holds time differently.

Shuttle support will be available from Albuquerque (ABQ) to Santa Fe to simplify travel.

A Gift for Clinicians

If you are a clinician seeking continuing education hours, an optional online CE training is included at no additional charge.

After the immersive, we will explore the clinical frameworks and foundations beneath selected experiential methods used during the program.

During the immersive itself, you are not a clinician:

You are a participant.

  • This immersive is designed for people working in behavioral health — broadly defined.

Clinicians. Executives. Program directors. Operations leaders. Founders. Marketing and admissions professionals.

If you carry responsibility for care in any capacity, this experience was built with you in mind.

  • In many ways, it will feel like one.

There is beautiful food. Time outdoors. Movement. Creative expression. Conversation.

The difference is what holds it.

This experience is designed and facilitated by licensed clinicians, with depth supported and care woven throughout.

  • Begin by completing the registration form.

A member of our Admissions Team will connect with you to share next steps, including a brief clinical intake form to ensure the experience is supportive and appropriate for you.

Once intake is reviewed and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your spot along with payment details.

Registration is finalized upon payment. Space is intentionally limited.
