The 2025 Connect & Refresh Weekend Series
From uncertainty, burnout, and self-doubt to becoming your most authentic, grounded self
Find Solid Ground in Changing Times
In today’s unpredictable business landscape, the 2025 Connect & Refresh Workshop Weekend Series offers a sanctuary for leaders seeking clarity and authentic connection. Our transformational four-weekend series combines neuroscience, somatic awareness, and heart-centered practices to help you build unshakable leadership foundations that withstand any challenge.
What Sets Our Approach Apart
Unlike traditional leadership programs that focus solely on strategies and skills, we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Through our unique blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate group/community support, you’ll experience transformation that goes beyond surface-level changes to create lasting resilience.
Your Leadership Transformation
Break free from limiting patterns — Transform workplace trauma into wisdom while creating psychological safety for yourself and your team
Develop sustainable leadership practices — Master stress response patterns using Hearten House's somatic awareness techniques
Embody authentic confidence — Replace self-doubt with genuine self-trust using our heart-centered approach to leadership
Lead with emotional wisdom — Create cultures of belonging where vulnerability becomes a strength, not a weakness
Build Your Community of Growth-Minded Peers
Each weekend builds on the previous, creating a supportive container for profound change. You’ll connect with fellow leaders seeking deeper meaning and impact, guided by experienced facilitators who understand the challenges you face.
Step away from uncertainty for just four weekends and return with an unshakable inner compass that guides both your professional and personal life.
