Blooming the Desert Within is a multi-day group therapy intensive to help you reconnect, recalibrate, and return to your center in community, in beauty, and in movement.

No flipcharts. No beige conference rooms. No “shoulds.” Just real, embodied therapeutic work rooted in curiosity, courage, and care.

How we work:

Mornings and afternoons will include guided group sessions, creative exploration, and embodied practices led by our experienced, trauma-informed team. Evenings and select pockets of the day are yours to wander the desert trails, journal under the big sky, or simply rest.

Together, they create a space where depth and restoration can coexist—and where you can fully arrive for yourself.

  • Journaling & Mindfulness workshops

  • Movement, hiking, and stillness

  • $3,500 per person

  • $2,800 for local attendees (no lodging)
