Syd Sneddon
Meet Syd Sneddon
Syd Sneddon, MSWi (she/her), is a compassionate therapist-in-training who believes in the transformative power of creativity, experiential learning, and healing beyond traditional methods. With a warm, enthusiastic approach, Syd works primarily with adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating faith and spirituality transitions, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, and grief. Drawing from training in modalities like art therapy, DBT, and mindfulness, she combines her expertise with a passion for nature-based and hands-on experiences. When she’s not at Hearten House, Syd loves rock climbing, experimental photography, and connecting with nature. Her goal is to help participants discover their potential, co-create lasting change, and embrace their unique paths.
