Colette Dalton

Maybe you’re going through a big identity shift; maybe working to figure out your gender and sexual identity.

Maybe you feel like an outsider among your family and community.

Maybe the coping skills that used to work for you aren't working any longer.

Maybe your depression or anxiety is getting in the way of living the life you want to live.

Maybe you have past traumas that make it hard to be present and connect with others.

Whatever you are experiencing, it would be an honor to walk alongside you and guide you as you gain insight, connection, and healing as you continue on your path forward.

One of my absolute favorite songs is “This is Me” from The Greatest Showman soundtrack. Maybe that's cliche as a queer woman who grew up Mormon and had to work hard to get to a place where she could figure out her sexuality and come out publicly.

But I believe a lot of people are going through something similar in trying to figure out who they are and take up space in the world.
